Job description
Firsthand seeks a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead a hospital psychiatric consult service and serve as the primary clinician with our partner hospital. You will manage in-bed assessments, initiate treatment, and begin medication management alongside a liaison psychiatrist.
You will also carry the outpatient bridge, ensuring continuity of care from ED to follow-up and developing care pathways with hospital teams.
