A software solutions provider is seeking a Staff Accountant in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate should have around 7 years of experience and an active CPA certification. Responsibilities include preparing SOX compliant papers, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with global teams. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with Netsuite are essential.
