Salary
$200,000 – $225,000 base salary plus equity, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k).
Position Overview
The company is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and develop the financial infrastructure necessary to support continued growth. This individual will oversee the monthly close process, financial reporting, ERP implementation, audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting operations while helping establish a scalable accounting organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys building processes, improving systems, and partnering cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
Lead ERP implementation and drive improvements across accounting systems, controls, and processes.
Support audit readiness, inventory accounting, capital projects, and fixed asset management.
Partner closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership teams.
Build scalable accounting infrastructure and help grow the accounting and finance team over time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience within high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in GAAP, audits, ERP systems, and internal controls.
Experience within manufacturing, inventory, or project accounting environments preferred.
Hands-on leadership approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
