Line LeadUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Line Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.Schedule: Monday - Thursday/2:30pm - 1:00am. Must be flexible to work other shifts for the training period of three weeks.Compensation: $21.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.Essential Functions of the Job:Work closely with the Production Supervisor.Plan production in the area (Pick to Lite)Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associatesVerify all work for accuracyVerify correct product is pulled for productionVerify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-awayClose (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following productionCommunicate all issues to Production SupervisorWork with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the departmentVerify all time sheets are filled out correctlyThis job will include other duties as assigned.Computer literate - Window base systems a plusMust be required to come in 30 minutes before shift starts.Must be flexible to work overtime as needed on short notice.Must be flexible to work on off days as the business need arises.Apply the Group Best PracticesAll other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and educationPreferred 1 year of experience in a production environment.Strong oral and written communications skills.Will be required to come in 30 minutes before shift starts.Must be flexible to work overtime as needed on short notice.Must be flexible to work on off days on short notice as the business need arises.All other duties as assigned
