Job Overview
Nelson Mullins seeks a lateral partner with significant experience serving defense sector clients to join its Corporate Group. The position is flexible within its primary office locations. Candidates must be in good standing with the state bar where they reside.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.
Serve the defense sector client base, ensuring deep knowledge of corporate matters relevant to the industry.
Qualifications
15–25 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience.
Demonstrated experience with a portable book of clients serving the defense sector.
Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Member in good standing with the state bar where residing.
