Job Description
Lead the overall IT strategy and operations across Thailand.
Act as the senior technology partner to country and business leadership.
Ensure reliable, secure, and effective IT services across the organization.
Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, end-user services, and technology operations.
Drive technology transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Establish strong IT governance, standards, policies, and risk management.
Lead and develop the local IT organization and technology capabilities..
Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
Oversee IT budgets, investments, and resource planning.
Work closely with regional and global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
Identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance, efficiency, and scalability.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership responsibility
Experience leading IT within a large, multinational organization
Strong background across IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology transformation
Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology environments
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to operate effectively across both local and regional/global environments
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Previous country, regional, or enterprise IT leadership experience
Experience leading technology transformation in a complex multinational organization
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and IT risk
Excellent English communication skills
