Job description
Baba in New York City is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead video and story content for patient stories, founder content, and brand films. You will direct, shoot, and edit, manage a freelance bench, and build scalable workflows that turn shoots into multiple assets across channels.
This hands-on role requires strong storytelling, end-to-end production ownership, and collaboration with Growth and Partnerships to fuel paid and organic channels.
