Our MissionTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.We are seeking a CRNA to join a dynamic anesthesiology group, within a medically supervised practice that promotes CRNA autonomy;Level II trauma center;Opportunity for in-house locums;Essential FunctionsPractices current principles and practices of anesthesiology.Maintains effective work relationship with anesthesiologist (supervisor).Communicates and cooperates to adequately staff the anesthesia department.Provides sound practices and safe therapeutic care.Promotes safe working conditions for patient and self.Demonstrates initiative for self development.Accepts responsibility of tasks not delineated in job description.Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Skills AbilitiesAbility to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.Ability to maintain quality control standards.Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings.RequirementsCertificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia.Current Missouri Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licenseCurrent Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 daysAdvance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 daysPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 120 days.Positions Available:Day ShiftOpportunity to practice a wide variety of anesthetics and procedures including spinal, regional techniques, arterial lines, and central lines;Cases include general, ortho, ENT, GU, OB/GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI and healthy PEDs;Appealing day shift schedule - can be very flexible with how you would like to arrange a scheduleCompetitive Salary$80,000 Sign-on bonus/education stipendBenefits (Health, vision, dental, and life insurance; retirement program, disability pay, flexible benefits program, longevity pay, malpractice coveredNew, near-site, state-of-the art-daycare/learning center is available exclusively for children of Freeman employees.
