Our practice provides anesthesia services at Fannin Surgicare and The Women's Hospital of Texas. The group consists of 10 anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs who work together in a care team model, focusing on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.**Total Rewards** Hourly Rate: Per Diem Rate: $185 per hour Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available**Case Assignments & Schedule** • Schedule: Work shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, and no nights. • The practice consists of mainly OB cases but includes pediatric, GYN, and some cosmetics.**Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership**Requirements** • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse AnesthetistsThe Womans Hospital of Texas, $185/hour, Per Diem, CRNA**EEO Statement**North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
