Job description
Take the next step in your radiology career by applying your expertise in advanced imaging as a key member of a dedicated healthcare team. This contract opportunity focuses on both CT and PET imaging for adult and pediatric patients in a dynamic environment. Your technical skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier diagnostic services.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts (4x10 schedule)
Required Credentials & Experience:
Current ARRT (CT) certification (required candidates lacking this cannot be considered)
ARRT (NM) or NMTCB credentials
Active, unrestricted state-specific Radiology License
Proven background working with CT and PET imaging modalities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic CT and PET imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards
Ensure accurate image capture and patient positioning for optimal diagnostic value
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed for PET studies
Evaluate image quality and coordinate with radiologists for further interpretation
Maintain meticulous records and uphold privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times
Provide clear patient instructions, ensuring both comfort and safety throughout procedures
Participate in quality assurance and equipment maintenance

$3,741 - $3,944/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
