Aramark at SMU Arnold's Residential Commons is seeking a Culinary Specialist- Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence and support daily service. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality meals, ensure food safety and hygiene, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and contribute to menu planning and cost control.
