Job description
Part-Time Custodian IClay County is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Custodian I to help maintain County buildings, offices, facilities, vehicles, and grounds in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.This position is scheduled Monday through Friday for a four hour shift between 5:00 pm - 1:30 am at an hourly salary of $18.08.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restroom sanitationEmpty trash and restock custodial suppliesClean offices, courtrooms, common areas, windows, and fixturesOperate custodial equipment and maintain cleaning suppliesAssist with grounds upkeep and snow removal as neededSecure County buildings by locking/unlocking doors and managing lightsComplete special cleaning and maintenance projects as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicleAbility to perform the physical duties associated with custodial workAbility to work independently and follow established safety proceduresJoin Clay County and help us provide clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for our employees and community.
