Join the Front Line of NYC TourismTopView Sightseeing is hiring Customer Service Agents to support our growing tourism operations across New York City.This is an outdoor, field-based position located at high-traffic tourist attractions and sightseeing stops. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in dynamic city environments.Schedules may vary based on tourism demand, weather, and operational needs. Weekend and night availability, and flexibility are required.Compensation$17.00 per hour base pay $0.50 per ticket printed and/or sold Strong earning potential in high-volume locationsKey ResponsibilitiesWear full company uniform and maintain professional appearanceAbility to carry promotional signage and materials throughout the shiftOperate company-issued POS machineProcess cash and credit card transactionsHandle and reconcile daily cashExplain tour packages, pricing and hours of operationEnsure customers understand their purchasesPrint tickets for referralsAssist customers with app downloads and reservationsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
