Customer Service & Client Care CoordinatorDo you want to make an impact in your community while working in a dynamic and growing industry? Our team is committed to delivering world-class service when people need it most. We are looking for a Customer Service & Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact for customers experiencing property damage, and focuses heavily on answering incoming calls, helping homeowners understand the restoration process, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their project. This position plays an important role in helping guide customers through what is often a stressful situation while keeping projects organized and moving forward.The Customer Service & Client Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between customers, field teams, and office staff. This person helps ensure that customers receive clear communication, jobs are properly documented, and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, compassionate, and an excellent communicator on the phone.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls from homeowners experiencing property damageComplete intake for new losses and gather necessary informationHelp customers understand the restoration and insurance processMaintain communication with customers throughout the projectFollow up with customers to ensure questions are answered and needs are metScheduling & CoordinationSchedule inspections and service appointmentsCoordinate communication between customers and field staffAssist with dispatching crews and scheduling workSupport the team with daily job updates and informationJob DocumentationCreate and maintain job files and documentationEnter job notes and maintain accurate recordsMonitor schedules and ensure documentation is completeBasic RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentCustomer Service ExperienceStrong phone and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to prioritize tasksProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHoursFull timeMonday through Friday 8am – 5pmBased at Paul Davis officeOccasional after-hours availability may be required during emergency situations.Why Join Paul Davis?Meaningful work helping people recover from unexpected property damageSupportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growthCompetitive compensation based on experienceIf you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and being part of a team that makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
