Superior Floors in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Customer Service Lead - Order Entry to guide a cross‑functional team and ensure accurate order processing for multifamily projects.
You'll supervise day‑to‑day workflow, train staff, review orders for accuracy, and coordinate with Sales, Installation, and Accounting to keep orders moving smoothly from entry to completion. On‑site in Lewisville, you’ll need 3+ years in customer service and strong problem‑solving skills.
