Retail Customer Service & Fundraising Associate

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Entry-Level | Paid Training
We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Charlotte, NC team as Retail Customer Service & Fundraising Associates . This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting meaningful causes, and developing skills in customer service, marketing, and fundraising.
In this role, you'll represent nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face outreach campaigns inside established retail locations. You'll engage with customers, raise awareness for important causes, and encourage individuals to support ongoing fundraising initiatives.
No previous experience is required! We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in retail environments
Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations
Educate the public about charitable causes, missions, and fundraising initiatives
Encourage donations and ongoing supporter participation
Assist interested individuals with the donation enrollment process
Deliver excellent customer service while representing partner organizations
Work toward individual and team outreach and fundraising goals
Participate in ongoing training and team development
What We're Looking For

Passion for helping others and supporting charitable causes
Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or fundraising is a plus, but not required
