Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in New York, NY. The Customer Service Representative will greet customers, answer questions about jewelry products, and support sales associates in providing a smooth shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, processing orders and returns, and resolving issues related to purchases, repairs, and warranties. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams on special orders or service requests, and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The representative will also help keep the showroom organized, assist with product displays, and contribute to customer satisfaction by offering courteous, knowledgeable support at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and in Customer Service roles
Ability to deliver consistent Customer Support and maintain high Customer Satisfaction
Focus on enhancing the overall Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions, documentation, and customer records
Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, including weekends or evenings as needed
Basic familiarity with jewelry or luxury retail is beneficial; willingness to learn product details and care guidelines
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software; prior retail or call-center experience is a plus
