A small community hospital in beautiful Southern Arizona is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join its laboratory team on a full-time Day Shift basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a certified laboratory professional who enjoys working across multiple departments and making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Opportunity to Work as a True Generalist
Responsibilities The selected candidate will perform testing and laboratory procedures across multiple departments, including:
Chemistry
Hematology
Coagulation
Urinalysis
Blood Bank
Microbiology
Additional responsibilities include:
Quality control and quality assurance activities
Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
Specimen processing and analysis
Accurate documentation and reporting of results
Compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards
Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
ASCP or AMT Certification
Ability to work independently as a Generalist across all core laboratory sections
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
Preferred Previous hospital laboratory experience
Generalist experience in a community hospital setting
Blood Bank experience
