Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) NeededNow hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in East Orlando and surrounding areas. At HomeWell Care Services, we provide high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance to remain safe and comfortable at home. We are looking for reliable, experienced caregivers who are committed to providing consistent, professional care.Available Shifts:4-hour shiftDay shifts availableService Area: East Orlando, FL and surrounding areasPay: $17 per hour, based on experience, case needs, and level of care requiredCaregiver Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, groomingAssist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errandsProvide companionship and emotional supportSupport clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia careAccompany clients to medical appointments and outingsProvide hands-on personal care to ensure safety and comfortMust be able to safely assist clients with mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulationCaregiver Requirements:HHA Certificate (40-hour) or CNA LicenseValid CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross approved)Alzheimer's / ADRD Training compliant with DOEA guidelinesMinimum of 2 years of caregiving or home care experienceStrong communication with office staff for scheduling and care coordinationMust be dependable, punctual, and committed to assigned shiftsPassion for helping seniors and individuals in needEmployment Requirements:Must be authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification)Must provide valid identification and employment documentsValid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)Physical Requirements:Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and standing for extended periodsLevel 2 Background Screening Requirement:This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.Why Work with HomeWell:Flexible scheduling options Case assignments in East Orlando Supportive and responsive office team A place for caregivers who show up, communicate, and take pride in the care they provide.Apply Today:Join a professional home care team that values reliability, compassion, and high-quality service.Equal Opportunity Employer:HomeWell Care Services is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and respectful workplace.
