Cox Automotive is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to support Manheim Mississippi in the Telecommunications & Media-driven automotive marketplace. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for dealer clients, managing accounts, sale preparation, and post-sale activities. You’ll process titles and transactions, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with auction, finance, and operations teams. You will leverage Cox’s technology platforms to deliver timely, high-quality service, strengthen dealer relationships, and support a people-first, inclusive culture with strong growth opportunities.
