KOCH FOODS is seeking a Debone Plant Superintendent to lead daily poultry deboning operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you will manage supervisors and line teams, ensuring safety, food safety, yield, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You will drive continuous improvement, enforce USDA and company standards, and partner with maintenance, QA, and logistics to optimize throughput.
