Deburr TechnicianNow hiring for a Deburr Technician in Temecula, CA. Pay rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour. Schedule: 4/10s | Monday – Thursday (6 AM – 4:30 PM).Looking for Deburr Technician jobs in Temecula where your skills can make a real impact? This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a growing team, develop your experience, and build a rewarding career in a professional work environment.Job Duties:Deburr, edge break, and finish small precision components using hand tools under magnification (microscope or Mantis stereo microscope)Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity and tight tolerancesWork with materials such as aluminum, copper, nickel, stainless steel, and specialty alloysFollow work instructions, engineering drawings, and process specificationsMaintain cosmetic and functional surface requirements per customer and internal standardsInspect parts visually under magnification to verify completion and qualityUse deburring tools such as blades, files, stones, abrasive sticks, brushes, and rotary toolsHandle delicate and small components safely to prevent damageMaintain clean and organized workstation, tools, and equipmentCommunicate quality or process issues to supervision or quality personnelRequirements:1+ years of experience deburring small precision parts under magnificationExperience working with microscopes (10x magnification typical)Strong manual dexterity and steady hand controlAbility to work with very small and delicate componentsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructionsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in aerospace, medical device, electronics, or precision machining environmentFamiliarity with high-tolerance components and cosmetic requirementsExperience working in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environmentExperience with micro-tools and pneumatic or electric deburring equipmentPhysical Capabilities:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to work under microscope for prolonged periodsGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsAbility to handle small parts consistentlyBenefits:Competitive weekly payComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance and disability insurance for added peace of mindOptional 401(k) plan to help you prepare for the futureOpportunities for growth through a variety of assignments with leading employersAbout Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
