General Dentist Winnfield, Louisiana About the Opportunity A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing dental team in Winnfield, Louisiana . The organization is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, affordable healthcare throughout Central Louisiana and provides integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages. As an FQHC, the practice emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care while utilizing modern technology and a collaborative, team-based approach.
This position is based in a new, state-of-the-art, three-story, 60,000-square-foot facility designed to support exceptional patient care in a modern clinical environment.
About the Position Full-time General Dentist opportunity
Tuesday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends or Saturday clinic
Practice alongside an experienced Dental Director
Supported by 3 4 Dental Assistants and 1 2 Dental Hygienists
Modern clinic with 10 fully equipped operatories
Average patient volume of approximately 250 patients per month
Patient mix: 65% Medicaid
20% Commercial Insurance
8% Medicare
8% Sliding Fee Scale
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving a diverse and underserved patient population
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (expected to exceed the previous $150,000 $180,000 range, based on experience)
