Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments and may be responsible for:
Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
Setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up with teams
Reporting results to teams and other managers
Guest Service Department Manager – 2+ years’ experience managing crew and supervisors, ensuring great customer experience, promoting sales activities, training service staff, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager – Ensuring fast, high‑quality food, food safety, cost control, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department Manager – Hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing staff from day one.
Preferred experience: previous managerial roles in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of managerial experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
