Job description
The City of Portsmouth, NH seeks an IT leader to assist with developing information systems goals, policies and administration under limited supervision. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and may serve in the CIO's absence.
You will supervise division managers, manage budgets, develop strategic plans, and drive enterprise-wide digital services, standards, risk management and cross‑department collaboration to meet city needs.
