Power Bi Developer And Technical Requirements AnalystECS is seeking a versatile professional to fill a dual-role position as a Power BI Developer and Technical Requirements Analyst. This position requires the ability to balance technical development work with analytical responsibilities, supporting data visualization initiatives and business analysis needs across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI Developer (50%)Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsCreate data models and optimize performance for enterprise-level reporting solutionsBuild and maintain data transformation processes using Power QueryCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualizationsImplement and maintain data governance and security protocols within Power BIDocument technical specifications and development processesProvide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reportsTechnical Requirements Analyst (50%)Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholdersConduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet organizational needsCreate detailed functional and technical specifications documentsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetingsValidate requirements with technical teams and business usersSupport testing activities and ensure requirements are met in final deliverablesMaintain requirements traceability matrices and documentationSalary Range: $80,000 - $105,000General Description of BenefitsU.S. citizenship requiredAbility to pass a Public Trust investigation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field3+ years of experience developing Power BI or other data analytic solutions and dashboards3+ years of technical requirement analysis experienceMust possess a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or another DoD-approved certification meeting IAT Level II requirements.Experience gathering and documenting technical requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
