Job description

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 track. You will participate in the Clinical Advancement Program, coordinating care for a defined group of dialysis patients and collaborating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and assist with clinical leadership activities as part of a broader health care team.”
