Digital Field Service TechnicianHonorBuilt thrives on complex jobs and large-scale deployments. Because we work with some of the most technically advanced brands and are in restaurants every single day.Our team is looking for an individual to fill the position of Digital Field Service Technician in the Austin, TX region. The position ranges from installation for Point-of-Sale and other hardware in a restaurant or retail environment along with Wellness Visits and maintenance checks. The position is full-time. We also offer health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, 401K contribution, and a company vehicle.Qualifications:**This position requires weekly travel with company vehicle within the local market.**Some weeks it requires daily driving to cover all restaurants in a certain marketBasic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge Technical troubleshooting abilitiesValid REAL ID-compliant Driver's LicenseAbility to pass Criminal Background ChecksAbility to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testingMust have experience working with basic hand tools and drillsBonus Qualifications:Restaurant or related customer service field experiencePoint of Sale System Exposure/ExperienceCAT-5 cabling experienceKnowledge of configuring a network systemPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk distances up to a half mileAbility to work while standing on concrete surface continuously 8-10 hours – FrequentlyAbility to work while bending, squatting and kneeling - FrequentlyAbility to work while extending your arms/hands overhead - FrequentlyAbility to sit in automobile, train or airplane for extended period of time - FrequentlyUse of small electric, cordless and hand tools - FrequentlyClimbing and work on ladders up to 12 feet – FrequentlyLifting objects up to 100 lbs - OccasionallyBenefits:Company VehicleHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePTO401KFully funded degree through Point UniversityPlease do not call in regards to your application status.
