Are you passionate about digital marketing, communications, and content creation and ready to turn your ideas into real-world experience?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our Communications & Marketing initiatives across North America .

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital campaigns, creating content, coordinating projects, analyzing marketing performance, and contributing to employee engagement and communication initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Mexico and the United States , gaining exposure to an international environment while having the opportunity to take ownership of small projects and develop your professional skills.

What will you do?

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns .

Create and edit engaging content for internal and external communication channels, including email communications, newsletters, social media, and web content .

Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations .

Support website content updates and digital asset management .

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics and performance reports .

Conduct market research and identify digital marketing trends and best practices .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing and communication initiatives across North America.

Assist with project tracking, documentation, and follow-up for ongoing marketing projects.

Support employee engagement, communication, and brand awareness initiatives .

Take ownership of small projects with guidance from experienced team members.

What are we looking for?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field .

Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required , as you will collaborate with teams and stakeholders across North America.

Previous exposure to digital marketing or communications through internships, academic projects, freelance work, student organizations, or similar activities .

Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Content Creation .

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Academic, personal, freelance, and student organization projects are welcome.
