Direct Care Worker / CaregiverLocation: Chadds Ford / Kennett Square AreaSchedule: TBDPay: Competitive rates based on experience and qualificationsJob SummaryPenn Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Direct Care Worker to provide in-home support services to an adult participant. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), personal care, and mobility support while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygieneProvide toileting assistance and incontinence care as neededAssist with transfers and mobilityMonitor participant safety and well-being during the shiftPrepare light meals and snacksPerform light housekeeping related to the participant's careLaundry and linen changesMedication reminders (if applicable)Assist with routine household tasks and errands as authorizedMaintain accurate documentation and EVV complianceReport changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents to the agency promptlyQualificationsExperience providing personal care preferredHome care, direct care, CNA, HHA, or caregiver experience strongly preferredAbility to safely assist with transfers and mobilityReliable transportationAbility to work independently and follow a care planMust meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirementsBenefitsConsistent weekly scheduleSupportive agency teamOngoing training and supervisionOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's lifeApply today to join the Penn Home Health Care team and help individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.
