Job description
Renewal by Andersen of the Des Moines is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to engage potential customers about window and door needs and solutions. You will begin with paid training and advance as you master our canvassing program, with no cap on earnings from bonuses.
Typical schedule runs 40 hours per week Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
