Direct Support Professional (DSP)This location is a four-bed group home that serves four ambulatory male individuals.Compensation rate: UP TO $20 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE!RequirementsA current and valid driver's license is required for community-based homes.At least 3 years of related experience.Bachelor's Degree in any subjectDescription:Direct Support Professionals create long-term impacts on individuals' lives by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. They follow the Individual Support Plan, engage in activities such as park visits and sensory gardens, and work on social and communication skills. They assist with daily living activities, personal care, housekeeping, and laundry, fostering independence and enhancing individuals' lives.
