For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and educationSchedule Options: Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p shifts; Saturday or Sunday must be includedBenefits include, but are not limited to:Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more)Tuition AssistanceReferral BonusComprehensive TrainingWe are searching for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to work in our 8 bed residential programs located in West Chester, Malvern, and/or Paoli.This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuitsResponsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outingsCandidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clientsRequirements:A high school diploma or GED is required***Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintainedAbility to lift 50lbs***Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employeeCollage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer #JT
