Job description
St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based homes. In this hands-on role, you will support daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community outings. You will implement individual service plans, teach independent living skills, and promote choice, dignity, and inclusion. DSPs document services, follow health and safety protocols, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate with families and guardians.
