Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Job Title: Director of Architecture & Engineering
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Hybrid role (onsite Tue/ Thu)
Duration: Full-time
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and architecture, spanning infrastructure, cloud, application, and integration domains
5+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding senior technical professionals and architecture teams
Proven ability to lead enterprise and solution architecture within complex, multi ‑ platform and/or multi ‑ client environments
Advanced expertise in enterprise and solution architecture across infrastructure, cloud, platform, application, and integration layers
Strong command of resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in financial services contexts
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive sound, scalable architectural decisions
Advanced analytical, problem ‑ solving, and decision ‑ making capabilities in complex technical environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ‑ level stakeholder engagement
Ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced, client ‑ focused managed services (MSP)/ B2B environment
Experience within financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries preferred.
