Job description
Concierge TPA in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Director of Claims Operations to lead day-to-day performance and grow the claims function. You will ensure accurate, timely administration in line with plan documents and regulations, building processes, systems, and a team to support growth.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in self-funded and level-funded health plans, with strong knowledge of stop-loss, eligibility, PBMs, provider networks, appeals, compliance, and claims payment.
