Job description
Bel Brands in North America is seeking a strategic leader for Contract-Manufacturing Quality. You will own the governance model and executive relationships with contract manufacturers to enable growth and quality excellence. You will lead two Quality Managers.
Key duties include defining the quality strategy, establishing governance, due diligence for new partners, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination with Sourcing, Operations, R&D and Supply Chain. Travel 30%.
