Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a fully remote-capable role. You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize performance, drive growth, and support M&A integration for Commercial P&C operations.
Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in large brokerages, with a proven track record in operational leadership, workforce planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
