Job description
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) in New York City seeks a Director of Community Capital Investments to lead a team focused on affordable housing and economic development across NYC and NY State. You will source transactions, structure financing packages, and collaborate with city/state partners to leverage predevelopment, acquisition, construction, bridge loans, lines of credit, and LIHTC equity.
Strong credit analysis and relationship-building are essential.
