Job description
Macdonald & Company seeks an experienced CRE debt originator to build its Dallas market footprint. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring and closing CRE loans across Texas and the broader US, backed by dedicated underwriting and execution teams to close deals efficiently.
The successful candidate will bring 7+ years of CRE lending, a proven originations track record, and strong real estate credit and deal structuring skills, with relationships across borrowers, developers and intermediaries.
