Job description
Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon, seeks a Director of the Emergency Department to lead nursing and operations for a 44-bed ED. The role reports to the CNO and manages about 200 FTEs, aiming to improve patient flow and reduce LOS in a unionized environment.
The ideal candidate brings deep ED leadership experience, a calm presence, and the ability to mentor staff while guiding organizational changes. BSN is required, MSN preferred, with RN licensure active.
