Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director of Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory, EMEA (CTTA) to lead complex international tax planning for U.S.-headquartered groups operating across EMEA.
You will advise on global restructurings, post-merger integration, and tax-efficient cross-border structures while coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams and mentoring junior professionals. A&T team focuses on delivering practical, commercial tax solutions for clients worldwide.
