Job description
Intervene K-12 is seeking a Director of Client Success & Implementation to lead the client-success organization, build repeatable onboarding and renewal processes, and partner with Delivery & Operations to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and renewal readiness across a growing K-12 portfolio.
The role requires deep knowledge of K-12 environments, strong leadership of CS Managers and Coordinators, and the ability to translate district needs into scalable systems and measurable outcomes.
