Job description
Fourth Floor in NYC is seeking a Director of Merchandising to own beauty, personal care, cosmetics, and fragrance accounts. You will lead relationships with buyers, expand existing business, and develop seasonal assortments aligned with market trends.
The role requires deep off-price beauty experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive line development from concept to execution while working with overseas vendors. CAD/design experience is a plus for presentations.
