Job description
Temco Logistics is looking for a Director of Compensation associate to Direct
Key Responsibilities
Develops compensation strategy and tactics to ensure Temco Logistics' market position remains competitive
Evaluates competitive market trends and assesses Temco Logistics' pay position relative to the market
Designs, develops, and maintains compensation policy and procedures
Manages the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across multiple functions across the organizations, including executive compensation programs
Assures appropriate job evaluation, including through officer/executive level
Manages compensation analytics and job evaluation processes
Evaluates the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommends modifications
Leads research, analysis, and preparation of materials for executive team for compensation meetings, and develops recommendations for executive compensation policies and practices
Serves as internal consultant to business partners and HR clients on compensation decisions and issues
Guides HR partners on compensation decisions and drives approval processes
Partners with business leaders on compensation needs specific to their organizations
Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a field of study related to the job
Minimum Years Of Work Experience
