Alpha is hiring a Director of School Development to lead the parent-facing side of the school in a major US metro. You will build local awareness with family offices and advisors, run admissions end-to-end, and transform enrolled families into public advocates for 2 Hour Learning.
The role requires 7+ years in private/independent K-12 education or related wealth-management contexts, with a track record in enrollment and stakeholder management. On-site, full-time, with occasional evening events.
