The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented
The Director of Guest Relations will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
Greeting residents and visitors as they arrive and informing them about our amenities
Manage and supervise our Guest Relations Associates
Salary: $25.00 per hour
