Job description
Emburse is seeking a Director of HR Operations to design and scale a modern HR services function across the employee lifecycle. You will lead a team of HR Generalists and HRIS professionals, own performance management, compliance, and reporting to executives and the Board.
The role partners with HR COEs including Total Rewards, Learning, and Talent Acquisition, drives HRIS strategy, data governance, and a robust analytics program in a fast-growing tech environment.
