Job description
Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking an Individual Giving Director in the Indianapolis area. This hybrid role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive individual giving strategy to advance the mission, while cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of donors and coordinating with executive leadership.
The Director will lead Moves Management, donor events, and philanthropic communications, collaborating with the Data Team and fundraising systems to optimize engagement and revenue growth.
