Job Description
Lead the evaluation and assessment of potential acquisition opportunities presented to the company
Support the full acquisition process from initial assessment through deal closing
Drive the analysis of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support transaction decision-making
Coordinate transaction activities with external investment bankers, accountants, and consultants
Partner internally with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Operations
Key Requirements
Extensive high-volume M&A experience with a proven track record of managing multiple deals simultaneously
M&A experience specifically on the purchase/buy side
Bachelor's degree required
